Captain Richard is a Unitied States Coast Guard U.S. Merchant Marine Officer and is skilled in boatmanship and angling skills with a keen fishing sense that helps him put anglers on biting fish.

Captain Richard is a family oriented full time charter captain. He has a passion for helping young anglers and their parents improve their skills and bond through the sport of fishing. Capt. Richard has two children of his own and while he's not out fishing with clients, he's on the water with his family. Simply put...
